The bronze usage dates 5000 years ago, this important metal is made by a legacy of cupper and alloy that vary a little from the standard proportions: nine parts of cupper and one of alloy. In the legacy can be founded casually trace of other materials. It results a brown metal that can be sculpted by casting. It’s an ancient process that permit to adapt the molten metal to many casts. The fusion process is the oldest method applied in centuries , described by the monk Teofilo and by Benvenuto Cellini. Together with this process we have rolling, already a technical application that give to bronze a peculiar gliding that distinguish any sculpture that become unique and unrepeatable.
